GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Anjeka5066N is an organosilicone defoamer designed for use in both solvent-based and solvent-free systems.

 

PRODUCT DATA:

Chemical Composition: Solution of defoaming polymer and polydimethylsiloxane.

Note: The values provided on this data sheet are typical and not technical specifications of the product.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT:

Possible stratification and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

 

SPECIAL NOTES:

The complete defoaming effect may take up to 24 hours in the system after introduction.

Anjeka5066N is a highly efficient defoamer, achieving optimal defoaming with minimal incompatibility. Suitable for all solvent-based systems, it effectively balances defoaming performance and compatibility.

APPLICATION SECTORS:

Suitable for use in solvent-based coatings and UV systems.

 

RECOMMENDED LEVELS:

0.1-0.7% additive levels (as purchased) based on the total formulation. The above values are empirical; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.

 

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:

For optimal performance, the defoamer should be added to the grinding material before milling. If added at a later stage, sufficient shear force is necessary to ensure good dispersion and prevent cratering.
