GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 
Designed for various solvent-based air-dry and baked coating systems, particularly suitable for improving deficiencies in bentonite-based anti-settling agents in immersion coating operations.

STORAGE and TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a cool, well-ventilated area, keeping the container tightly closed and away from heat and open flames. Store the product between 0℃ and 40℃ (must be brought back to 25℃ before use; the product is waxy at 0℃). The storage container should not be directly exposed to heat radiation. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Prior compatibility testing with the coating system is advised before use.
 
APPLICATION

Features and Advantages:
 
Flowable paste suitable for high-speed dispersion equipment, easy to handle and disperse
Provides excellent anti-settling effects with minimal impact on viscosity
Maintains viscosity stability; even if slight settling occurs, it can be easily stirred without depositing or clumping at the bottom of the can
No activation required, and the anti-settling effect is not affected by the dispersion temperature
Resistant to the polarity of solvents or resins
No significant impact on the gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance, drying speed of the coating film

Type: Additive for coatings and inks.

Applications: Suitable for alkyd/amino-baked paints, acrylic/amino-baked paints, aluminum powder coatings, epoxy resins, vinyl resins, polyurethane coatings, and solvent-based inks.

Benefits: Eliminates the need for grinding, suitable for pigments that cannot undergo grinding processes (e.g., aluminum paste, pearl powder, matting powder, fluorescent pigments), facilitates directional arrangement of aluminum flakes, enhances gloss.

Usage Range: 1.0-5.0% of the overall quantity. Usage Instructions: Can be added at any stage without grinding, but thorough stirring is necessary for proper incorporation. Optimal Dosage: Determined through experimentation based on specific formulation and desired outcomes.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
When using ANJEKA-4330, add it to the resin, disperse thoroughly at high speed, then add other ingredients such as aluminum powder or solvents at a lower shear rate for mixing.
