Anjeka6881 wetting and dispersing agent used for solvent-based, water-based, and UV inkjet inks
General Description:
Anjeka-6881 is a wetting and dispersing agent used for solvent-based, water-based, and UV inkjet inks. It can significantly reduce the viscosity of grinding materials and improve storage stability.
Product Data:
Chemical Composition: High molecular polymer with pigment-affinitive functional groups.
Note: The data provided in this datasheet are typical values and not product specifications.
Storage and Transport:
Before use, stir thoroughly. If the temperature drops below 10°C, stratification or cloudiness may occur. Heat to 30°C-40°C and stir until uniform.
Storage period is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
Special Notes:
Store in a sealed container.

Features and Benefits:
Anjeka-6881 is suitable for solvent-based, water-based, and UV-curable inkjet inks. It stabilizes commonly used pigments in inkjet inks and provides excellent dispersion stability of the pigment paste after grinding. Anjeka-6881 improves the pigment wetting process, effectively reducing the viscosity of grinding pastes and eliminating thixotropy, resulting in long-term storage stability without viscosity changes. Due to its excellent deflocculation effect on pigments, the pigment particle size in the ink is very small with a narrow particle size distribution, shortening the filtration time during ink preparation.
Anjeka-6881 offers excellent steric stabilization of pigments, improving the appearance of the film (color strength, gloss, haze, and transparency).
Application Sectors:
Solvent-based, water-based, and UV-curable inkjet inks.
Recommended Levels:
Additive dosage (as supplied) based on pigment:
These values are based on experience; optimal levels should be determined through a series of tests.
Incorporation and Processing Instructions:
For optimal performance, the additive should be added to the grinding material first, followed by the pigments.
