STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
May exhibit separation or cloudiness if stored below 5 °C. Warm to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use. Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES
Exhibits long-term stability in coating systems with pH between 4 and 10.
To avoid cloudiness, a small amount of co-solvent (about 5% of total solvent) is recommended in formulations using Anjeka-7334.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Industrial Coatings
Key Features and Benefits:
Anjeka-7334 is an organomodified polysiloxane with a very short repeating unit structure. It significantly lowers the surface tension of water-based systems, thereby enhancing leveling and substrate wetting.
Minimal or no foam stabilization
No intercoat adhesion issues
Does not interfere with recoatability
Provides good wetting of silica (e.g. white carbon black)
Excellent compatibility, also effective as an anti-cratering agent
APPLICATION SECTORS
Water-based systems
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.1–0.3% additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation weight.
This is a general guideline; optimal dosage should be determined through a series of formulation trials.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Can be added at any stage of the production process, including post-addition.
