Dye ink additives ANJEKA-6610

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6610 is a block copolymer dispersant synthesized on the basis of CPT
technology for aqueous dispersed dye inkjet ink systems with excellent dispersing
properties and wide compatibility with various systems, which is very suitable for
the dispersion of general-purpose concentrates.

storage and transport

It should be stored in a cool and dry place. Mix thoroughly before use,
delamination or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0°C. Heat to 20°C and
mix thoroughly.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.


APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Industrial Coatings
Features and Benefits:
The additive causes pigment deflocculation by spatial site resistance. Due to the
small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, a high gloss can be achieved, as
well as an increase in color strength. In addition, the transparency of transparent
pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are improved, the flow
properties are improved due to the reduction of viscosity, and the pigment content
of the color paste is increased.

APPLICATION SECTORS

Anjeka-6610 is recommended for inkjet ink systems with aqueous disperse dyes. It
is also recommended for the production of stabilized resin-free pigment
concentrates for the preparation of waterborne coatings without color float/flecking.

 

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

The following additions are based on the ratio of dispersant solids to pigment
volume:
Dispersed dyes: 30%-50%
Inorganic pigments: 5-10%
Titanium dioxide: 1%-3
Organic pigments: 10%-35
Carbon black: 15%-75
The above data are empirical dosage, the optimal dosage should be determined
through a series of tests.
 
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
For optimum performance, add the pigment before it is added at the milling stage.
