DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-7425A is an acetylenic diol-modified siloxane wetting agent designed for aqueous coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It powerfully reduces surface tension and significantly enhances substrate wetting, effectively preventing crater formation while also delivering excellent defoaming and foam suppression performance.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Separation or turbidity may occur if stored below 5 °C. If this happens, warm the material to 20 °C and mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
A shelf life of 12 months is recommended.
SPECIAL NOTES
It demonstrates excellent long-term stability in coating systems with a pH range of 4-10. To avoid haze, formulations containing Anjeka-7425 should include a small amount of co-solvent (approximately 5% of the total solvent). In systems with very high co-solvent content, the effectiveness of this silicone surfactant may decrease. For such formulations, we recommend using Anjeka-7333.

Features and Benefits:
This additive enhances leveling and substrate wetting by strongly reducing the surface tension of aqueous systems. It has no or slight foam stabilizing effect, does not reduce recoatability, and has good wettability for white carbon black. The additive does not increase surface slip. For higher surface slip it is recommended to add Anjeka-7333.

This additive effectively reduces both static and dynamic surface tension. It offers high compatibility for easy incorporation, enhances substrate wetting, and provides excellent foam suppression and defoaming performance. It does not increase surface slip. If higher surface slip is required, we recommend adding Anjeka-7333 separately.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.05-0.5% of additives (in purchased form) based on total formulation.
The above figures are empirical and the optimum amount should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
This additive can be added at any stage of production, though we recommend incorporation during the final manufacturing phase of the coating.
