GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Widely applied in various solvent-based air-drying and baking coating systems. Especially ideal for dip coating processes, effectively addressing deficiencies in bentonite-based anti-settling agents.
PRODUCT DATA
Chemical Composition: Pre-dispersed polyethylene wax paste.
Typical Physicochemical Properties:
(The values provided in this data sheet are typical and do not constitute product specifications.)
Appearance: Translucent white fluid paste
Active Content (%): 10
Solvent: XyleneSTORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Keep the product in a cool, well-ventilated area with containers tightly sealed, away from heat sources and open flames. Avoid direct exposure to heat radiation. Recommended storage temperature: 0°C to 40°C (if stored near 0°C, warm to 25°C before use as the material becomes soft and waxy at low temperatures).
Shelf life should not exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES
Prior to full-scale use, always verify compatibility with the target coating system.
APPLICATION
Key Features and Benefits:
Flowable paste form, compatible with high-speed dispersion equipment; easy to handle and incorporate.
Delivers superior anti-settling performance without noticeably increasing viscosity.
Ensures long-term viscosity stability; any minor settling that occurs can be easily redispersed by stirring, with no hard sediment formation at the container bottom.
Requires no pre-activation; anti-settling performance remains consistent regardless of dispersion temperature.
Effectiveness unaffected by solvent polarity or resin type.
Minimal impact on coating film properties such as gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance, or drying speed.
Fields of Application:
Ideal for alkyd/amino baking enamels, acrylic/amino baking enamels, aluminum silver paints, epoxy coatings, vinyl resins, polyurethane systems, and solvent-based inks.
No grinding required; suitable for post-addition. Particularly effective for non-grindable pigments, e.g., preventing settling of aluminum paste, pearl pigments, matting agents, and fluorescent pigments.
In aluminum pigment systems, it promotes optimal flake orientation and alignment, significantly enhancing metallic brilliance.
RECOMMENDED
ADDITION LEVELS
Based on total formulation: 1.0–5.0%.
Can be incorporated at any production stage without grinding, provided thorough mixing is ensured.
The above values are based on experience; optimal dosage should be established through laboratory trials.INCORPORATION AND
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Add Anjeka-4330 to the resin/solvent phase first and disperse uniformly under high-speed conditions. Subsequently introduce pigments (e.g., aluminum powder) and other components while mixing at lower shear rates.
