ANJEKA-3030A is an additive designed to enhance the adhesion of baked paints, particularly notable for improving paint adhesion on surfaces such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, zinc, and other non-ferrous metals.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Store the product in a cool, well-ventilated area, with containers kept tightly closed and away from heat and open flames. The product should be stored between 0°C and 40°C. Containers holding the product should not be directly exposed to heat radiation. Recommended storage time does not exceed 12 months.

Before use, conduct compatibility tests with the coating system.

APPLICATION SECTORS
ANJEKA-3030A is suitable for use in both solvent-based and water-based coating systems. It is compatible with various applications, including amino-alcohol-acid baked paints, amino-acrylic baked paints, and polyester coil steel primers.
 
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
 
The recommended usage is 1.5 - 2% (by weight) of the total coating system. The provided data are based on practical experience, and the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
 
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
 
It can be added either before or after the production process. When used in water-based baking systems, it must be neutralized first with a 10-20% concentration of a dimethyl ethanolamine solution before addition.
