GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This additive is designed for use in a wide range of solvent-based air-dry and bake coatings. It is particularly effective in dip-coating applications, where it enhances anti-settling performance when bentonite-based thickeners alone are insufficient.

STORAGE and TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a cool, ventilated place in tightly packed containers away from heat and
ignition sources. The container in which the product is stored should not be exposed to direct
heat radiation. Store the product between 0°C and 40°C (recovery to 25°C is required for use,
the product is soft and waxy at 0°C).
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

APPLICATION
Characteristics and Advantages:
Ease of Use: Supplied as a flowable slurry, it is suitable for high-speed dispersing equipment, facilitating easy handling and simplified dispersion.
Superior Anti-Settling: Provides an excellent anti-settling effect with minimal impact on the system's viscosity.
Excellent Stability & Redispersibility: Maintains long-term viscosity stability. Any minor settling that may occur is easily reversible with simple stirring, preventing hard packing at the tank bottom.
Process Robustness: Requires no activation. Its anti-settling performance remains effective regardless of the dispersion temperature and is unaffected by solvent or resin polarity.
Coating Performance: Has no adverse effect on key coating film properties, including gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance, and drying speed.
Fields of application:
Suitable for alkyd/amino baking paint, acrylic/amino baking paint, aluminum powder paint,
epoxy resin, vinyl resin, polyurethane coating, solvent-based ink.
No need to grind, can be used as a post addition. Especially suitable for pigments that cannot
be ground. For example, anti-sinking of aluminum paste, pearlescent powder, matte powder,
fluorescent pigment.
When used in aluminum powder, it can help the aluminum scale arrangement and orientation,
and enhance its luster.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
For the whole amount:1.0-5.0%. No need to grind, can be added at any stage, but need to be
stirred well.
The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of
tests.
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
Anjeka-4330 should be added to the resin first and dispersed evenly at high speed before
adding other raw materials such as aluminum powder and solvents, etc., and mixing at a low
shear rate.
