GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ANJEKA-3030 is an additive designed to enhance the adhesion of baked paints, particularly notable for improving paint adhesion on surfaces such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, zinc, and other non-ferrous metals.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Store in a cool, ventilated place in tightly closed containers away from heat and ignition sources. Store the product between 0℃ and 40℃. The containers in which the product is stored should not be exposed to direct heat radiation. The storage period is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Before use, conduct compatibility tests with the coating system.

APPLICATION SECTORS

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The recommended usage is 1.5 - 2% (by weight) of the total coating system. The provided data are based on practical experience, and the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
 
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
It can be added either before or after the production process. When used in water-based baking systems, it must be neutralized first with a 10-20% concentration of a dimethyl ethanolamine solution before addition.
