ANJEKA-5063 with good adaptability to emulsions and dispersions

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-5063 is an effective defoaming agent designed for aqueous coating systems. It is suitable for both clear varnishes and pigmented paints, delivering outstanding foam suppression performance while maintaining excellent compatibility with acrylic emulsions, styrene-acrylic emulsions, polyurethane dispersions, epoxy emulsions, water-soluble resins, and various other waterborne or water-reducible binders.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Layering may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use.

Storage is not recommended for more than 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES

The full effect of the defoamer can only be obtained after 24 hours in the system.

0.05-1.0% Additives (in purchased form) based on total formulation.

The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.

INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS

For best performance, add before grinding or mixing for best foam inhibition, or add later, but mix well.
