GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-5680A is a highly effective antifoam and defoaming additive specially developed for high-solids and high-build epoxy floor coatings, screen printing inks, and UV-curable coating systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Product may separate or delaminate if stored below 5 °C. Before use, warm to approximately 20 °C and stir thoroughly until homogeneous.
Shelf life under recommended conditions is not recommended to exceed 12 months.SPECIAL NOTES
Full defoaming performance is typically achieved only after the system has been allowed to stand for 24 hours.

Anjeka-5680A provides outstanding foam suppression and bubble elimination. It performs exceptionally well in controlling and removing entrapped air during production and application of high-solid and solvent-free epoxy floor coatings. It is particularly effective in high-viscosity, high-film-thickness systems, especially solvent-free thick-film epoxy floor coatings.

APPLICATION SECTORS
Epoxy floor coatings, screen inks, UV inks.RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.01–1.0% additive dosage (as supplied) based on total formulation weight.
The suggested range is based on experience; optimal addition level should be determined through laboratory testing.

INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For maximum efficiency, incorporate the additive prior to grinding or during the initial mixing stage to achieve optimal foam prevention. It can also be added at the end, provided thorough dispersion is ensured.
