APPLICATION GUIDELINES
For Ceramic Inks:
Features & Benefits:
Anjeka-6402A is designed for use in low-polarity ceramic inkjet inks based on hydrocarbon or fatty acid ester systems. It can be employed as the sole dispersant or in combination with other additives. This product significantly reduces the grinding and filtration time of ceramic colorant slurries, thereby enhancing production efficiency. It facilitates the preparation of ceramic inks with Newtonian flow behavior, improves the storage stability of colorants by minimizing sedimentation, and contributes to more vivid color development.
APPLICATION SECTORS
This additive is recommended for dispersing colorants in ceramic ink formulations.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Dosage (as supplied) based on pigment weight: 10% – 50%.
Note: The optimum dosage must be determined through practical testing.
INCORPORATION & PROCESSING
For optimal performance, incorporate the additive into the mill base first, mix thoroughly, and then add the colorants.
