Anjeka-4630A is a liquid rheology modifier for solvent-free and solvent-based adhesives and sealants based on polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylic resins containing fumed silica or organosilicate.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Features and Advantages:

Anjeka-4630A is a thixotropic enhancer for polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylic resins, exhibiting thixotropy through the use of fumed silica or layered silicates (organic clays). Enhanced hydrogen bonding between silica and layered silicates leads to increased thixotropy. Consequently, even at lower silica or layered silicate dosages, sufficiently high sag resistance is achieved, along with improved flow and deaeration properties.

The storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

5-15%, with additive dosage (purchased form) based on fumed silica or organic layered silicates (organic clays). The above recommended addition rates are for reference; the optimal dosage must be determined through a series of tests.

INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Under continuous stirring conditions, this additive should be incorporated into the resin prior to addition.

This additive may also be added later.
