GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6190A is a polymer dispersant, a standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrates for aqueous coating systems, printing inks and adhesives. It is mainly used for grinding inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, matting powder, calcium powder, etc. It has good viscosity reduction properties and excellent resistance to strong alkali.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
When stored or transported at temperatures below 0°C, delamination or turbidity may occur. Heat to 20°C and stir before use.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Through spatial stabilization, this additive effectively achieves pigment deflocculation. The deflocculated pigments feature an ultrafine particle size, which enables the formulation to reach a high-gloss finish and boosted color intensity. What’s more, it elevates the transparency of clear pigments while enhancing the hiding power of opaque pigments simultaneously. The lowered system viscosity not only optimizes flow performance but also permits a higher pigment loading in the formulation.
This additive is the ideal choice for manufacturing stable, resin-free pigment concentrates with a pigment content ranging from 30% to 70%. These concentrates are fully compatible for tinting and mixing with standard aqueous base coatings.

This additive is additionally recommended for manufacturing resin-free pigment concentrates with high stability, which are specifically designed for formulating waterborne coatings that deliver consistent coloration without issues of floating or blooming.
 
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive dosage (in purchased form) is based on pigment:
Inorganic pigments: 2-10%
Organic pigments: 10%-80
Carbon black: 10%-100
The above data are empirical, the optimum amount should be determined by a series of tests.
 
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
It can be added before grinding, and has good general effect in water-soluble, aqueous dispersion and emulsion system.
