GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Anjeka-5052 is a defoamer designed for use in both solvent-based and solvent-free systems, free from organic silicon.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT:

Possible stratification and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Due to its strong incompatibility, an assessment must be made in non-polar systems regarding its impact on the transparency of clear lacquer systems and the occurrence of craters.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS:

0.1-1.0% additive levels (as purchased) based on the total formulation. The above values are empirical; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:

For optimal performance, the defoamer should be added to the grinding material before milling. If added at a later stage, sufficient shear force is necessary to ensure good dispersion and prevent cratering.
