Anjeka-5053 is a 100% active, silicone-free defoamer specifically engineered for solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems, delivering powerful foam control without silicone-related drawbacks.

STORAGE & TRANSPORT

If separation or cloudiness occurs below 5°C, warm to 20°C and mix thoroughly before use.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Recommended shelf life: ≤12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES

Due to its designed incompatibility for effective defoaming, its potential impact on film clarity and cratering tendency must be carefully evaluated in non-polar systems before full-scale use.

DOSAGE (as supplied)

Additives (in purchased form) are based on total formulation at a level of 0.1-1.0%.

INCORPORATION

To ensure optimum performance, defoamers should be added to the grinding media before grinding begins. If they are added at a later stage, the shear force must be high enough to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer and prevent shrinkage.
