Anjeka-5300A is a silicone-free defoaming agent designed for both solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems.

When stored below 5°C, the product may show layering or slight turbidity.
Warm to approximately 20°C and mix well before use.
Store in a cool and dry environment. The recommended storage period is no longer than 12 months.
Due to its high incompatibility with certain resins, its influence on varnish clarity and potential shrinkage issues must be carefully evaluated in the formulation.
Additive dosage (as supplied) is typically 0.3–1.5% of the total formulation.
These values are empirical; optimal levels should be determined through laboratory testing.
For best results, the defoamer should be added to the millbase before grinding.
If incorporated later in the process, ensure sufficient shear to achieve proper dispersion.
