ANJEKA factory direct sale general-purpose dispersant ANJEKA6500A titanium dioxide
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6500A is a copolymer solution containing acidic groups. It is a dispersant for solvent-borne medium/high polarity resin system coatings and inks, and is suitable for dispersion of titanium dioxide and inorganic pigments.

STORAGE&TRANSPORT
Separation and turbidity may occur during storage or transportation below 15 ℃. Heat to 30-40℃ and mix well before use.
Storage is not recommended beyond 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES
Because of its high acid value, the additive may potentially accelerate the reaction of baking systems. Check the increase in viscosity during storage is necessary.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Industrial coating and printing ink
Characters and advantages
Anjeka 6110 deflocculates pigments by means of steric stabilization. Because the particle sizes of the deflocculated pigments is tiny, the high levels of gloss can be achieved and the color strength is improved. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque are also improved. The viscosity is reduced strongly. In this way, the flow characteristic is improved and higher pigment loading is possible. For inorganic pigmented coatings, which are processed via electrostatic high rotation technique, haze is significantly reduced.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Anjeka 6110 is recommended for all solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings and printing inks to stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. Its anionic character makes it ideal for acid-catalyzed systems (e.g. coil coatings).
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The amount of additive (supplied form) is based on the pigment.
Titanium dioxide: 2-4%
Inorganic pigment: 5-10%
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
For the best performance, the additive should be added into the millbase before the pigment added.
