GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
ANJEKA-7306 is a surface additive designed for room temperature curing plastic systems and solvent-based coating systems containing organosilicon. It significantly reduces surface tension, excelling in wetting substrates, preventing shrinkage holes, and enhancing surface smoothness.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT:
Storage below 5℃ may cause layering or turbidity. Heat to 20℃ and mix thoroughly. Storage time should not exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Compared to silicone oil, this additive is safe to use. However, testing for stability, recoatability, and shrinkage tendencies in the corresponding system is recommended before extensive use.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Characteristics and Advantages:
This organosilicon additive significantly reduces the surface tension of coating systems, effectively wetting challenging substrates. It enhances receptivity to dust and overspray while increasing surface smoothness. The additive reduces the sensitivity of wood and furniture coatings to airflow and improves the orientation of matting agents.
APPLICATION SECTORS:
This additive is suitable for all solvent-based systems.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS:
0.1% - 0.5% additive levels (based on the total formulation).

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
The additive can be added at any stage of the production process, either during or after. For ease of measurement, the additive can be pre-diluted.
