Anjeka7354 is an acrylic surface additive suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings, UV-curable printing inks, gloss varnishes, and room temperature-curing plastics. It functions as a standard leveling agent with defoaming properties.

Characteristics and Benefits:
This additive improves surface leveling and gloss, creates a prolonged-wave effect, and safeguards against the formation of pinholes. The acrylic ester additive marginally diminishes surface tension while preserving the ability for recoating and interlayer adhesion. Additionally, the additive exhibits thermal stability.
Usages and Areas of Application:
This additive is highly recommended for use in both solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems, UV-curable printing inks, as well as gloss varnishes.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Add 0.2-1% of the additive (based on total formulation).
Note: The above data represents empirical levels; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
The additive can be added at any production stage, including post-addition. For better defoaming performance, it is recommended to add during the grinding phase.
