GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka3040 is an additive designed to enhance the adhesion of baked paints. This product is a type of polyester phosphate ester, and its bonding with metal surfaces, especially effective on aluminum, significantly improves the adhesion of oil-based and water-based paints to metal substrates. It performs exceptionally well on aluminum, cold-rolled steel, and galvanized steel, also enhancing the flexibility and corrosion resistance of the paint film. It finds wide applications in coating systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Store the product in a cool, well-ventilated area, with containers kept tightly closed and away from heat and open flames. The product should be stored between 0°C and 40°C. Containers holding the product should not be directly exposed to heat radiation. Recommended storage time does not exceed 12 months.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

APPLICATION SECTORS
Anjeka3040 is suitable for use in both solvent-based and water-based coating systems, including amino-acid baked paints, acrylic-amino baked paints, and polyester-amino baked paints.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The recommended usage is 1.0 – 2.0% (by weight) of the total coating system. The provided data are based on practical experience, and the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
It can be added either before or after the production process. When used in water-based baking systems, it must be neutralized first with a 10–20% concentration of ammonia solution before addition.
