GENERAL DESCRIPTION

 Anjeka-6620 is a block copolymer dispersant synthesized using CPT (Controlled Polymerization Technology). It is suitable for both solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems. The product offers excellent dispersing performance and broad compatibility with various systems, making it particularly ideal for general-purpose pigment concentrate dispersions.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

Store in a cool, dry place. Mix thoroughly before use. Product may exhibit haziness or slight phase separation at temperatures below 0°C; warm up to 20°C and stir well before use. Recommended storage period: no longer than 12 months.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Industrial Coatings Key Features and Benefits: This additive disperses pigments via steric hindrance, resulting in fully deflocculated particles. The reduced particle size improves gloss and enhances color strength. In addition, it improves transparency of transparent pigments, covering power of opaque pigments, and flowability due to reduced viscosity. Higher pigment loading can also be achieved in pigment concentrates.

APPLICATION SECTORS

Anjeka-6620 exhibits excellent compatibility with alkyds, cellulose, chlorinated rubber, epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, and acrylic resins. Its high solids content makes it especially suitable for high-solids coating systems. RECOMMENDED LEVELS

Recommended dosage based on active dispersant solids relative to pigment weight:

Inorganic pigments: 5%–10%

Titanium dioxide: 1%–3%

Organic pigments: 10%–35%

Carbon black: 15%–75%

These figures are guidelines; optimal dosage should be determined through a series of formulation trials.

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS For optimal performance, add Anjeka-6620 before pigment addition, during the grinding stage.
