General Description:

Anjeka-6860 is a wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based, solvent-free coatings, and printing inks. It stabilizes inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, and significantly reduces the viscosity of grinding materials.

Storage and Transport:

Storage time should not exceed 12 months.

Special Notes:

The product should be stored in sealed containers and should not be stored again after pre-dilution.

Anjeka-6860 is mainly used for high solids and solvent-free coatings. Due to its anionic nature, it is very suitable for acid-catalyzed systems (e.g., coil coatings). Anjeka-6860 can stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, increase gloss, reduce haze, and significantly reduce the viscosity of grinding materials.

Recommended Levels:

Additive amount (as received) based on pigment:

Inorganic Pigments: 2%-5%

Titanium Dioxide: 1%-3%

The above data are empirical amounts, and the optimal amount needs to be determined through a series of tests.

Incorporation and Processing Instructions:

For best performance, the additive should be added to the grinding material before adding the pigment.
