ANJEKA-6622
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6622 is a VOC-free and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne
and solvent-free systems, floor coverings and printing inks. Because of its broad compatibility,
it is especially recommended for the production of pigment concentrates. Its 100% active
component makes it particularly suitable for high solids and solvent-free systems.

turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0°C. Heat to 20°C and mix thoroughly.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Industrial Coatings
Features and Benefits:
Anjeka-6622 deflocculates and stabilizes pigments by spatial site resistance. They provide the
same charge to the different pigments, thus avoiding possible co-flocculation of the different
pigments. Due to the deflocculation of the additives, gloss and coloring power can be improved,
the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments can be
increased, and the viscosity of the pastes can be reduced at the same time.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Due to its high solids content, Anjeka-6622 is particularly suitable for high solids systems and
floor coatings and has very broad compatibility with all standard coating systems such as alkyd
resins, cellulose, polyols, chlorinated rubbers, epoxies and polyurethanes.Anjeka-6622 reduces
the viscosity of the pastes considerably and therefore increases the pigment content of the
pastes.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The following additions are based on the ratio of dispersant solids to pigment amount:
Inorganic pigments: 5%-10%
Titanium dioxide: 1%-3%
Organic pigments: 10%-35
Carbon black: 15%-75
The above data are empirical, the optimal amount should be determined through a series of
tests.
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
For best performance, the wetting and dispersing agent should be added to the abrasive. In the
case of non-resin dispersions, the solvent in the mix should be premixed with the additives
under stirring conditions and added before the pigments. In the case of resin dispersion, the
resin mixture, solvent and additives should be well mixed before adding the pigment.
