Anjeka-6621 is a zero-release, highly branched structure wetting and dispersing additive for
solvent-free epoxy and other reactive systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
It should be stored in a cool and dry place. Mix thoroughly before use, delamination or
turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0°C. Heat to 20°C and mix thoroughly.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Features & Benefits

Anjeka-6621 features a highly branched chemical structure, specially engineered for solvent-free epoxy systems and other reactive formulations including two-component polyurethanes and acid-catalyzed systems. During the pigment and filler milling process, the polyester side chains of this additive undergo compression, while the amine groups exhibit enhanced adhesion to the surfaces of pigments and fillers. Its pigment-affinity groups adsorb firmly onto the pigment and filler surfaces, with the polyester side chains forming a protective wrap around the amine groups—this effectively prevents the amine groups from reacting with epoxy resins. The additive delivers significant viscosity reduction, and its non-reactivity with resin matrices ensures excellent long-term storage stability of the formulations.
Anjeka-6621 provides superior pigment wetting and deflocculation performance. It boasts broad compatibility with relevant systems and exerts no adverse effects on key coating properties, including yellowing resistance, metal substrate adhesion and corrosion protection performance.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The following additions are based on the ratio of dispersant solids to pigment volume:
Inorganic pigments: 5%-10%
Titanium dioxide: 1%-3
Organic pigments: 20%-45
Carbon black: 20%-80
The above data are empirical, the optimal amount should be determined through a series of
tests.


INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

For optimal performance, this additive should be incorporated into the grinding base prior to adding pigments, to maximize its functional effects. First, pre-mix the resin and solvent components of the grinding base thoroughly. Next, slowly add the additive under continuous stirring; only after the additive is fully dispersed should the pigments be introduced into the system.
