APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Features and Benefits.
Anjeka-6880 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-free UV curable inkjet inks, particularly effective on organic pigments and carbon blacks, with excellent dispersion stability of the milled slurry.Anjeka-6880 improves the wetting process of the pigment, reduces the viscosity of the milled slurry and eliminates the thixotropy, enabling stable storage for long periods of time without any change in viscosity. Due to its excellent deflocculation effect on pigments, the pigment particle size of the ink is very small and the particle size distribution is very narrow, thus shortening the filtration time of the ink preparation. The excellent spatial resistance stability of Anjeka-6880 to pigments improves the appearance of the paint film (tinting power, gloss, haze, transparency).
Application Sectors:
Anjeka-6880 is suitable for a variety of solvent-free UV-curable inkjet inks and stabilizes pigments commonly used in inkjet inks.
Recommended Levels:
The amount of additives (in purchased form) is based on the pigment:
Organic pigments: 30%-100
Carbon Black: 30%-120
The above figures are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the abrasive before the pigments.
Packaging:
25 kg iron drums
180 kg ring plastic drums
