Storage and Transport:
Delamination or turbidity may occur when the temperature is lower than 10℃, it can be recovered by heating to 30℃-40℃.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
Application Sectors:
This additive is recommended for solvent-borne and solvent-free systems to stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. It effectively reduces the viscosity of the system and improves the fluidity of the system.
Recommended Levels:
The suggested addition level is 0.5% to 1.0% by weight, based on the total weight of inorganic filler or pigment.
Important: The above range is derived from empirical data. The optimal dosage for a specific formulation must be determined through laboratory testing to account for variables such as pigment type, resin chemistry, and desired final properties.
Processing Instructions:
For optimal performance, introduce the dispersing agent into the resin, mix thoroughly, and then add fillers or pigments.
To ensure maximum efficacy, incorporate Anjeka-6910 into the resin component before adding fillers or pigments. This pre-mixing step allows for optimal wetting and distribution of the additive.
