DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-7354 is an acrylic‑based surface additive designed for solvent‑borne, solvent‑free, and UV‑curable coating systems, including printing inks, overprint varnishes, and room‑temperature‑cure plastics. It functions as a leveling agent with complementary defoaming properties.

PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
Anjeka-7354 enhances flow, leveling, and gloss while producing a long‑wave surface effect and preventing cratering or film shrinkage. The additive only moderately lowers surface tension, ensuring no negative impact on recoatability or interlayer adhesion. It also exhibits good thermal stability.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS
This additive is recommended for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems, UV-curable printing inks and overprint varnishes.
DOSAGE GUIDANCE
Typical addition level: 0.2–1.0 % (as supplied, on total formulation weight).
Note: This range is a starting point; optimum dosage should be verified through application‑specific testing.
INCORPORATION
Can be added at any stage of production, including post addition. For better defoaming performance, it is recommended to add at the grinding stage.
