ANJEKA-6871GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6871 is a high-performance wetting and dispersing additive designed for aqueous coatings and printing inks. It effectively stabilizes a broad spectrum of pigments, including inorganic pigments, organic pigments, and carbon blacks. It significantly reduces grinding paste viscosity, improves storage stability, and is suitable for both resin-containing systems (emulsions, water-soluble resins) and resin-free pigment concentrates.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Features and Benefits
Anjeka-6871 offers excellent compatibility with common aqueous resin systems, making it the preferred choice for dispersing pigments in resin-containing pastes. Its robust stabilization extends to a wide range of pigments, including transparent and opaque organics, as well as carbon blacks. It is also highly effective in resin-free aqueous pigment concentrates.
Key Advantages:
Broad Formulation Compatibility: Its dispersing efficacy remains unaffected by the presence of organic amines, rheology modifiers, wetting agents, or co-solvents in the grind.
Superior Processability: Significantly reduces grinding paste viscosity and eliminates thixotropy, enabling easier handling and processing.
Enhanced Final Properties: Provides strong deflocculation, leading to excellent color development, transparency, and color strength—ideal for high-performance printing inks and coatings.
Recommended Application Sectors
Industrial Coatings
Automotive Coatings
Special Recommendation: Printing Inks & High-Gloss Finishes
Recommended Dosage (as supplied, on pigment weight)
Inorganic Pigments: 5% – 30%
Organic Pigments: 50% – 100%
Carbon Black: 100% – 250%
Note: The dosages above are empirical starting points. Optimal dosage should be determined through application-specific testing.
Incorporation & Processing
For optimal performance, incorporate the additive into the grinding base before adding the pigments.
