STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Please stir well before use, delamination or turbidity may occur when the temperature is lower than 0℃, it should be heated to 30℃-40℃ and stirred well before use.

 

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Characteristics and advantages:

Anjeka-6402B can be used to disperse inorganic pigment fillers, organic pigments and carbon blacks in low-polarity ester solvents. It helps to shorten the grinding time of slurries and increase productivity. The additive reduces the viscosity of the milled slurry, which improves flow and allows for higher pigment additions. The additive unflocates and stabilizes pigments through spatial site resistance. Due to the small size of the deflocculated pigment particles, gloss, color strength, transparency and hiding power of the coating can be increased.

 

APPLICATION SECTORS

This additive is recommended for dispersing inorganic pigment fillers, organic pigments and carbon blacks in low polarity ester solvents.

 

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

The amount of additive (in purchased form) is based on the pigment:

Titanium dioxide: 5%-10%

Inorganic pigments: 5%-20

Organic pigments: 20%-60

Carbon black: 50%-80

The optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.

 

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

In order to obtain the best performance, the additive should be added to the abrasive first, mixed well and then added to the colorant.
