Anjeka-6062B is designed for solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. It offers excellent dispersion performance and broad compatibility with various resin systems, making it highly recommended for universal pigment concentrate applications.

Chemical Composition: Solution of a high molecular weight polymer with pigment-affinic functional groups.

Active Content: 40%

Solvent: Ethylene Glycol Diacetate

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

Store in a cool, dry place.

Mix thoroughly before use. Separation or turbidity may occur below 0°C. If this happens, warm to 20°C and mix thoroughly.

The recommended maximum shelf life is 12 months.

This additive achieves pigment deflocculation through steric stabilization. The resulting fine particle size contributes to high gloss, enhanced color strength, improved transparency of transparent pigments, and increased hiding power of opaque pigments. It also reduces system viscosity, improving flow properties and allowing for higher pigment loading.

Anjeka-6062B exhibits good compatibility with a wide range of resin systems, including alkyd resins, cellulose, chlorinated rubber, epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, and acrylics.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Dosage based on dispersant solids to pigment weight ratio:

Inorganic Pigments: 5% – 10%

Titanium Dioxide: 1% – 3%

Organic Pigments: 10% – 35%

Carbon Black: 15% – 75%
Note: These are empirical starting points. The optimum dosage must be determined through practical testing.

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, incorporate the additive into the mill base before adding the pigments.
