GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-7421 is a silicone surfactant designed for water-based coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It significantly reduces surface tension and dramatically improves substrate wetting.It provides excellent wetting on low-energy substrates such as wood and plastic, along with good compatibility.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Under conditions below 5°C, separation or cloudiness may occur. Gently warm the material to 20°C and mix thoroughly to restore homogeneity.
Storage is not recommended for more than 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES
Long-term stability in coating systems with pH 4-10. To avoid turbidity, a small amount of co-solvent (approx. 5% of the total solvent) is required in the formulation with Anjeka-7421. In systems with a high co-solvent content, the effectiveness of the silicone surfactant is reduced, and we recommend Anjeka-7333 for this type of formulation.

Features and Benefits:
This additive enhances leveling and substrate wetting by strongly reducing the surface tension of aqueous systems. It has no or slight foam stabilizing effect, does not reduce recoatability, and has good wettability for white carbon black. The additive does not increase surface slip. For higher surface slip,it is recommended to add Anjeka-7333.

This additive is recommended for all aqueous coatings, printing inks and overprint varnishes with the addition of a small amount of co-solvent.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.05-0.5% of additives (in purchased form) based on total formulation.
The above figures are empirical and the optimum amount should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
This additive can be added at any stage of production, but we recommend adding it at the final stage of coating production.
