GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6880 is a wetting and dispersing additive specifically formulated for solvent-free UV-curable inkjet inks. It effectively stabilizes organic pigments and carbon blacks, significantly lowering the viscosity of mill bases while enhancing their storage stability.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Please ensure thorough stirring before use. Delamination or turbidity may occur when the temperature drops below 10℃; in such cases, warm the product to 30℃-40℃ and stir thoroughly until homogeneous.
The recommended storage period should not exceed 12 months.

This product must be stored in sealed containers to maintain its performance.

It accelerates the pigment wetting process, reduces the viscosity of mill bases, and eliminates thixotropy, enabling long-term stable storage without any viscosity changes. Thanks to its excellent pigment deflocculation effect, the ink achieves extremely small pigment particle sizes with a narrow particle size distribution, thereby shortening the filtration time during ink preparation. Additionally, Anjeka-6880 provides outstanding steric hindrance stability to pigments, which in turn improves the paint film’s appearance (including tinting strength, gloss, haze, and transparency).
APPLICATION SECTORS
Anjeka-6880 is suitable for a wide range of solvent-free UV-curable inkjet inks and can stabilize the pigments commonly used in such inks.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The dosage of the additive (in its as-supplied form) is based on the pigment weight:
Organic pigments: 30%-100%
Carbon Black: 30%-120%
The above values are empirical starting points; the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of practical tests.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, the additive should be incorporated into the mill base prior to the addition of pigments.
