GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
ANJEKA-6820 is a modified acrylic copolymer solution, particularly suitable for solvent-free and UV-curable coating systems and inks. It exhibits excellent dispersibility and wide compatibility with various resin systems. Additionally, it is suitable for the production of pigment concentrate pastes.

STORAGE and TRANSPORTATION:
Keep the product stored in a cool and dry environment. Prior to usage, ensure thorough mixing, especially if stored in temperatures below 0℃, as layering or turbidity may occur. Heat the product to 20℃ and mix thoroughly. It is advisable not to exceed a storage duration of 12 months.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS:
The following dosage is based on the ratio of dispersant solid content to pigment quantity:
Inorganic pigments: | 5-10% |
Titanium dioxide: | 4-6% |
Organic pigments: | 10-20% |
Carbon black: | 10-20% |
The above data is based on empirical quantities; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
For optimal performance, it is recommended to add during the grinding stage before introducing pigments.
