General Description
ANJEKA-6510 is a segmented copolymer-based polymer dispersant utilizing CPT (Controlled Polymerization Technology). It is designed for use as a polymer dispersant in solvent-based industrial coatings and automotive paints. The dispersant exhibits excellent dispersion properties and wide compatibility with various systems, making it highly recommended for carbon black dispersion applications.

Application Guidelines
Industrial Coatings
Features and Advantages
The additive achieves deflocculation of pigments through steric hindrance. As the pigments attain small particle sizes due to deflocculation, a high gloss finish and enhanced color intensity are obtained. Additionally, transparency of transparent pigments and covering power of opaque pigments are improved. The reduction in viscosity enhances flow properties and increases the pigment content in color pastes.
Application Sectors
ANJEKA-6510 exhibits broad compatibility and is particularly suitable for various solvent-based industrial and automotive paints. It is highly effective in carbon black dispersion and can be applied to resin-free color pastes designed for different resin systems.
Recommended Levels
The following recommended levels are based on the ratio of dispersant solid content to pigment quantity
Inorganic pigments 20-30% by oil absorption.
Organic pigments (Green, Blue, Purple) 15-30% by BET value; Yellow, Red, Orange 25-45% by BET value.
Low-color carbon black 15-20% by DBP absorption value.
High-color carbon black 50-80% by DBP absorption value.
The above data are empirical amounts; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.
Processing Instructions
For optimal performance, add the dispersant before introducing pigments in the grinding stage.
