STORAGE and TRANSPORT:
Storage or transportation under temperatures below 0℃ may lead to layering or cloudiness. Heat to 20℃ and stir before use. Storage beyond 12 months is not recommended.
 
APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Characteristics and Advantages:
This additive achieves pigment deflocculation through steric hindrance, resulting in small pigment particle size, thereby imparting high gloss and intensified color strength. Transparency in transparent pigments and coverage in opaque pigments are enhanced. Viscosity reduction improves flow properties and allows for increased pigment content. Especially suitable for crafting stable resin-free pigment concentrates with a pigment content of 30-60%. These concentrated dispersions find application in standard water-based base paint formulations.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
Grinding should only occur in water (without resin, amine, or co-solvents). Mix the additive with water, and add the pigment only after the additive is thoroughly dispersed.
