ANJEKA—6111A wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings and inks
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka6111A is a wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings and inks, designed to improve pigment wetting, reduce grinding time, and stabilize pigment dispersion. It exhibits significant effects in stabilizing inorganic pigments, particularly titanium dioxide, effectively reducing the viscosity of grinding slurries.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
It is advisable to store the product in an airtight container, and post-dilution storage is discouraged.
APPLICATION GUIDANCE
Coatings Industry
Key Features and Benefits:
Anjeka6111A finds its primary application in high-solid and solvent-free coatings. Its anionic properties make it particularly suitable for acid-catalyzed systems, such as those found in coil coatings. Anjeka6111A excels in stabilizing inorganic pigments, notably titanium dioxide, resulting in improved gloss, reduced haze, and a notable decrease in the viscosity of grinding materials. For optimal results, it can be employed alongside pigment slurries that have been stabilized with additives from the Anjeka series.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive levels (as purchased) based on pigment:
Inorganic pigments: | 2%—5% |
Titanium dioxide: | 1%—3% |
The above data are empirical levels; the optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, the additive should be added to the grinding material before introducing the pigment.
