Product Description

DESCRIPTION

Anjeka 6070 is a macromolecule wetting and dispersing agent, and used for water-borne coatings, printing inks and adhesives. It is a standard additive, which is used for binder-free pigment concentrates. Suitable for all pigments.

Features and Benefits:

The additive employs steric stabilization to effectively deflocculate pigments. This process yields deflocculated pigments with small particle sizes, enabling the attainment of elevated gloss levels and enhanced color strength. Furthermore, it contributes to increased transparency in transparent pigments and improved hiding power in opaque pigments. The viscosity of the pigment slurry experiences a significant reduction, leading to improved flow characteristics and allowing for higher pigment loading.

RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVEL

Additive dosage (as supplied) based on pigment:

Titanium dioxide powder and Inorganic pigments:	4-10%
Organic pigments:	30-90%
Carbon blacks:	50-140%

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Grinding can be carried out in water and co-solvent. Mix the additive with water and only add the pigments after the additive has been homogeneously and uniformly distributed.
