APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Industrial Coatings
Characteristics and Advantages:
Anjeka6111 is primarily used in high-solid and solvent-free coatings. Due to its anionic nature, it is well-suited for acid-catalyzed systems (e.g., coil coatings). Anjeka6111 stabilizes inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, enhancing gloss, reducing haze, and significantly lowering the viscosity of grinding media. It can be used together with pigment pastes stabilized with the Anjeka series additives.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive levels (as purchased) based on pigment:
Inorganic pigments: 2%—5%
Titanium dioxide: 1%—3%
The above data are empirical levels; the optimal levels need to be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, add the additive to the grinding media before introducing the pigment.
