GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Anjeka6104S is a solution of unsaturated polyacid polymer and polydimethylsiloxane copolymer, suitable for medium to high polarity systems.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
Before use, thoroughly stir the solution, as separation or oil clouding may occur at temperatures below 0°C. Heat to 30°C–60°C and stir evenly. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES:
These products have limited compatibility with petroleum solvents or systems diluted with petroleum solvents.

Characteristics and Advantages:
It is a wetting and dispersing agent that improves pigment wetting and stabilizes pigment dispersion, controlling flocculation of pigments and inert pigments. This prevents color floating/bleeding and hard settling. Particularly effective in preventing titanium dioxide from binding with other colored pigments in medium to high polarity systems. It can also be used in amine-neutralized and water-based coatings. It is insoluble in solvent gasoline. When used in anti-corrosive primers, it often enhances protective performance. Anjeka6104S also contains a small amount of polydimethylsiloxane copolymer, making it more effective in preventing color floating. Organic silicon also helps prevent Bernard cell vortex and streaks, improving surface smoothness, leveling, and the orientation of matting agents or aluminum powder, often eliminating the need for additional silicone additives.
APPLICATION SECTORS:
Recommended for coating systems: solvent-based and solvent-free coatings, as well as printing inks. Recommended applications include industrial coatings, architectural coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, automotive coatings, etc.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS:
Additive levels (as purchased) based on pigment:

The above data are empirical levels; the optimal levels need to be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
For optimal performance, the additive should be added to the grinding medium before incorporating pigments.
