GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Anjeka6104S is a solution of unsaturated polyacid polymer and polydimethylsiloxane copolymer, suitable for medium to high polarity systems.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
Before use, thoroughly stir the solution, as separation or oil clouding may occur at temperatures below 0°C. Heat to 30°C–60°C and stir evenly. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES:
These products have limited compatibility with petroleum solvents or systems diluted with petroleum solvents.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Characteristics and Advantages:
It serves as a wetting and dispersing agent designed to enhance pigment wetting and stabilize pigment dispersion. This function regulates the tendency of pigments and inert pigments to flocculate, preventing undesired color floating or bleeding and avoiding hard settling. Its efficacy is particularly notable in mitigating the binding of titanium dioxide with other colored pigments within medium to high polarity systems. Additionally, it is suitable for use in amine-neutralized and water-based coatings. It exhibits insolubility in solvent gasoline. When incorporated into anti-corrosive primers, it frequently amplifies protective performance. Anjeka6104S includes a minor quantity of polydimethylsiloxane copolymer, augmenting its effectiveness in preventing color floating. The organic silicon component also plays a role in averting Bernard cell vortex and streaks, leading to improvements in surface smoothness, leveling, and the alignment of matting agents or aluminum powder. This can often obviate the necessity for supplementary silicone additives.

Recommended for coating systems: solvent-based and solvent-free coatings, as well as printing inks. Recommended applications include industrial coatings, architectural coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, automotive coatings, etc.
