ANJEKA6540 Paint Dispersing Agent disperant block copolymer dispersant dispersing universal concentrates
General Description:
ANJEKA-6540 is a block copolymer dispersant synthesized using CPT technology, designed for solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems. It exhibits outstanding dispersibility and broad compatibility with various systems, making it particularly suitable for dispersing universal concentrates.
Product Data:
Chemical Composition: Block copolymer with pigment-affine groups
Note: The data provided on this sheet represents typical values and not the technical specifications of the product.
Appearance: | Transparent brownish-yellow fluid |
Acid Value (mgKOH/g): | 10-30 |
Amine Value (mgKOH/g): | 5-25 |
Density (g/cm³ at 23℃): | 1.04-1.10 |
Non-Volatile Content (%) | 98 |
Storage and Transport:
Store in a cool, dry place. Before use, thoroughly mix the product, as stratification or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0℃. If needed, heat to 20℃ and mix adequately. Storage beyond 12 months is not recommended.
Application Guidelines:
Industrial Coatings
Features and Advantages:
This additive achieves pigment deflocculation through steric hindrance. The resulting minute particle size not only enhances gloss and color intensity but also improves the transparency of transparent pigments and the coverage of opaque pigments. The viscosity reduction enhances flow properties and increases the pigment content in color pastes.
Application Sectors:
ANJEKA-6540 exhibits excellent compatibility with alkyd resins, cellulose, chlorinated rubber, epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, and acrylic esters. Due to its higher solid content, it is especially suitable for high-solid systems.

Recommended Levels:
The recommended addition levels are based on the ratio of dispersant solid content to pigment quantity:
Inorganic Pigments: | 5-10% |
Titanium Dioxide: | 1-3% |
Organic Pigments: | 10-35% |
Carbon Black: | 15-75% |
(The above data represents empirical values; the optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.)
Incorporation and Processing Instructions:
For optimal performance, add the dispersant before introducing pigments during the grinding stage.
Packaging:
25kg iron drums
180kg plastic drums
